Troubleshooting 

Q: I clicked on a channel but there is a message saying I can't connect

A: Not all channels are online 24 hours.  You may want to try again later.  Also, channels come and go.  You may want to search google for the channel name to see if it is still being produced.  If you encounter a dead channel please email us so that we can remove it from the next channel update.

Q: I tried to play a video file from my computer but the program crashed

A: This is a windows media player problem that usually indicates that you do not have the proper codec installed to view the video.  We recommend opening windows media player separately and trying to play the file through it.  It should download most codecs automatically.  You might also want to look into DivX and Ace Mega Codecs Pack on Google.
